Bowen Storage has been a trusted partner in the design and supply of storage systems for industrial warehouses and retail stockrooms. We specialise in providing high quality medium to large format storage racking, shelving units and accessories, designed and tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Our decades of experience, combined with our commitment to excellence, ensures that we deliver efficient and precise storage solutions for any industrial or retail environment.

Working with over 4,000 customers across Australia and New Zealand, our focus is to design and construct storage and retrieval systems for greater efficiency in warehouse and stockroom spaces, enabling our customers to grow their businesses.

Our Mission

Delivering seamless organisation to the storage and movement of stock

Our History

In 1982 Richard Phillips started a Cool room Shelving and Storage business from his garage in Bowen Road, Lilydale, servicing the local community. Soon after he was joined by his son Mark, evolving the business into a father and son operation.

In 1985, with a growing customer base, Richard and Mark soon began receiving requests for office storage solutions and the seed of Bowen Interiors was sown.

Not long after, a second son – John joins the growing family business.

With growing expertise in storage and interiors, it soon became apparent that expanding into retail, providing solutions for back of house storage was needed. In 1995 Bowen Stockroom Solutions was born.

By the early 2000’s the next generation of the Phillips family joined the business, driving growth across the storage and interiors entities. This strengthened our expertise in end-to-end office design, construction and project management services.

As the business grew, new offices were needed to be found. So, the team relocated to a new home in Bayswater.

Four decades and 3 generations later, Bowen Storage has moved to a new state of the art head office facility in Scoresby, with offices in Sydney and Brisbane as well.

Having achieved exponential growth over these years the business split the two divisions of Bowen Storage and Bowen Interiors in order to better serve our customers.

Today Bowen is a seamless national operation in the industrial warehouse and retail stockroom storage equipment industries. Providing expert design consultancy and construction of storage and retrieval systems in medium to large format warehouse operations and back-of-house retail stockrooms.

Now known simply as ‘Bowen’ we have over 40 staff nationally.
