SPRING RAIL SYSTEM

Increase your pallet storage by up to 80% with Push Back Spring Rail system. Remove wasteful aisles and achieve double density pallet storage from your existing racking.

The push back spring rail is a unique system:

• For storing two, three or four pallets deep

• For easy installation on existing pallet racks

• For retrofitting into your existing Selective racking

• Designed for trouble-free operation

• That allows for inventory turnover - is quick and efficient.

• Can be used in pallet or case picking applications

• Ideal for cooler and freezer applications, food distribution or storage of high-volume goods.

• Operates on the Last In, First Out (LIFO) principle. The last pallet loaded into the system is the first one removed.

How it works

• Pallets are loaded and pushed back into the pallet lanes, applying pressure to the springs, which can expand to the full depth of the rack.

• During unloading, the driver removes the front pallet, and the springs automatically push forward - leaving the next pallet ready for access.

Designed to manage different weights, sizes and a lower profile than conventional pushback cart systems. The floor level tracks are anchored onto the concrete slab, maximising space usage.

Merchandise Safety

• The pallets move together, so there are no concerns about derailing, blocking, drifting, or falling on the slides.

• The tracks are horizontal, so the products will not fall.

• There is a security cable for the springs ensuring they always work effectively.

• The spring system is heavy-duty industrial grade capable of handling both wooden and plastic pallets.

• There is an optional Center track for very heavy loads or weak pallets.

• The system can be installed on any type of rack as no special beams are required.

• It is easy for operators to use and has a low maintenance requirement.

The push back spring rail system is ideal for warehouses where pallets need to be accessed and removed quickly.
