Cantilever Racking

Cantilever Racking is a pack handling system for storing items that are bulky, awkward, irregular-shaped, or long-length loads that are not easily managed in standing pallet racking.

• A single load-bearing upright, allowing for a greater level of flexibility for materials and products to be readily stored, identified, and retrieved.

• A single load-bearing upright fitted with a series of adjustable arms. This feature allows products to be stored without being limited to the outside dimension of the rack structure.

• A free-standing storage rack, maximising floor space and simplifying material handling for loading and unloading stock.

    • Suitable for hand stacking or forklift load applications in a single or a double-sided configuration.

    • Column Heights – 2000mm, 2400mm, 3000mm, 3600mm, 4200mm

    • Arm Lengths – 700, 900, 1200mm

    • Column Centers – 900, 1200 1500 and 1800mm

    • Weight Carrying Capacity – Maximum load 450 kg per arm (subject to design)

    • Finish – Powder Coat or Hot Dipped Galvanised

    • Custom design and manufactured – Suitable for specific applications.

    Available in single or double-sided configurations. They can be designed for front-loading or to be loaded by overhead crane or live load application.
